Pre-season training starts on the last week of January on Wednesday nights.

Under 10-12 6:00 - 7:00 and Under 14-16 7:00 - 8:30

2023 Training Times are yet to be confirmed.

Tuesday Evenings            17:30 – 18:30: Under 14 /16 /18

Wednesday Evenings     18:00 – 19:00: Under 11 & Under 12

Thursday Evenings           17:45 – 19:00: Hook in2 Hockey
